Face à l'urgence climatique et à la multiplication des engagements internationaux en faveur de la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Holding s'est imposée comme un acteur incontournable de la transition environnementale.

Société marocaine dont le siège social est établi à Rabat, AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Holding conçoit, fabrique et exporte le MAGN-US, MAGN-AIR et MAG-C des dispositifs brevetés pour la réduction de la pollution automobile et industrielle, alliant innovation technologique et impact environnemental mesurable.

Née dans l'élan des engagements historiques de la COP21 (Paris, 2015), où 193 nations se sont engagées à réduire leurs émissions de CO₂, cette initiative incarne une réponse concrète, immédiate et accessible à l'un des défis les plus pressants de notre époque : réduire l'empreinte environnementale des véhicules thermiques en circulation.

Filiale américaine du groupe, basée en Arizona, chargée du développement commercial, des partenariats stratégiques et de l'expansion des technologies MAGN-US, MAGN-AIR et MAG-C sur le marché nord-américain.

- AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Maroc
Société industrielle implantée en zone franche au Maroc, spécialisée dans la fabrication et l'assemblage des dispositifs MAGN-US, MAGN-AIR et MAG-C destinés aux marchés nationaux et internationaux.

- AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Côte d'Ivoire
Représentation officielle des solutions MAGN-US, MAGN-AIR et MAG-C en Côte d'Ivoire, basée à Abidjan, chargée de la promotion, de la commercialisation et du suivi des projets dans le pays.

- AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Gabon
Future filiale du groupe, dont le siège sera situé à Libreville. Elle aura pour mission d'assurer la distribution et le développement commercial des technologies MAGN-US & MAGN-AIR dans l'ensemble des pays membres de la CEEAC (Communauté Économique des États de l'Afrique Centrale).

- JSA INTERNATIONAL:

Acteur majeur de l'efficacité énergétique et de la réduction des émissions, notre entreprise fabrique et distribue MAG-COOL la solution d'optimisation énergétique pour chambres froides et rayons frais. Nous distribuons également des stations de décarbonation pour moteurs thermiques ainsi que des analyseurs de combustion de haute précision, accompagnant aussi bien les professionnels du froid, de l'automobile et de l'industrie que les particuliers.

The U.S. subsidiary of the Group, headquartered in Arizona, is responsible for business development, strategic partnerships, and the expansion of MAGN-US, MAGN-AIR, and MAG-C technologies throughout the North American market.

AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Morocco
A manufacturing company located in a Moroccan Free Trade Zone, specializing in the production and assembly of MAGN-US, MAGN-AIR, and MAG-C devices for both domestic and international markets.

AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Côte d'Ivoire
The official representative of MAGN-US, MAGN-AIR, and MAG-C products in Côte d'Ivoire, based in Abidjan, is responsible for marketing, sales, customer support, and project development throughout the country.

AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Gabon
A future subsidiary of the Group, to be headquartered in Libreville, with the mission of managing the distribution and commercial development of MAGN-US & MAGN-AIR technologies across the member countries of the ECCAS (Economic Community of Central African States)

JSA INTERNATIONAL:

A leader in energy efficiency and emissions reduction, we manufacture and distribute MAG-COOL, an innovative energy-saving solution designed for cold rooms, refrigerated displays, and domestic refrigerators. In addition, we distribute engine decarbonization equipment for internal combustion engines as well as high-precision combustion analyzers, serving both commercial clients and individual consumers
