Face à l'urgence climatique et à la multiplication des engagements internationaux en faveur de la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Holding s'est imposée comme un acteur incontournable de la transition environnementale.

Société marocaine dont le siège social est établi à Rabat, AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Holding conçoit, fabrique et exporte le MAGN-US un dispositif breveté de réduction de la pollution automobile, alliant innovation technologique et impact environnemental mesurable.

Née dans l'élan des engagements historiques de la COP21 (Paris, 2015), où 193 nations se sont engagées à réduire leurs émissions de CO₂, cette initiative incarne une réponse concrète, immédiate et accessible à l'un des défis les plus pressants de notre époque : réduire l'empreinte environnementale des véhicules thermiques en circulation.

- AMERICAN ENVIRONMENTAL LLC
Filiale américaine du groupe, basée en Arizona, chargée du développement commercial, des partenariats stratégiques et de l'expansion des technologies MAGN-US sur le marché nord-américain.

- AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Maroc
Société industrielle implantée en zone franche au Maroc, spécialisée dans la fabrication et l'assemblage des dispositifs MAGN-US et MAG-C destinés aux marchés nationaux et internationaux.

- AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Côte d'Ivoire
Représentation officielle des solutions MAGN-US en Côte d'Ivoire, basée à Abidjan, assurant la promotion, la commercialisation et le suivi des projets dans le pays.

- AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Gabon
Future filiale du groupe, dont le siège sera établi à Libreville. Elle aura pour mission d'assurer la distribution et le développement commercial des technologies MAGN-US dans l'ensemble des pays membres de la CEEAC (Communauté Économique des États de l'Afrique Centrale).

Performances du dispositif MAGN-US

Le MAGN-US délivre des résultats validés scientifiquement et reconnus par plusieurs gouvernements :

Jusqu'à 60 % de réduction de l'opacité des fumées sur moteurs diesel
Plus de 50 % de réduction des émissions sur moteurs à essence
10 à 25 % d'économie de carburant
Jusqu'à 80 % de réduction globale de la pollution (HC, CO, NOx) en combinaison avec un décalaminage complet

Reconnaissance et adoption internationale

Le MAGN-US n'est pas un simple produit, c'est une solution d'État.

Testé, validé et officiellement adopté par plusieurs gouvernements africains, dont le Maroc, la Côte d'Ivoire et le Gabon, le dispositif a démontré son efficacité dans des conditions réelles d'utilisation sur véhicules officiels.

Au-delà des résultats environnementaux, le MAGN-US permet aux États d'honorer leurs engagements climatiques et d'accéder aux financements internationaux dédiés, notamment ceux du Green Climate Fund.

AMERICAN ENVIRONMENTAL LLC
The U.S. subsidiary of the Group, headquartered in Arizona, is responsible for business development, strategic partnerships, and the expansion of MAGN-US technologies throughout the North American market.
AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Morocco
A manufacturing company located in a Moroccan Free Trade Zone, specializing in the production and assembly of MAGN-US and MAG-C devices for both domestic and international markets.
AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Côte d'Ivoire
The official representative of MAGN-US products in Côte d'Ivoire, based in Abidjan, is responsible for marketing, sales, customer support, and project development throughout the country.
AFRIQUE ENVIRONNEMENT Gabon
A future subsidiary of the Group, to be headquartered in Libreville, with the mission of managing the distribution and commercial development of MAGN-US technologies across the member countries of the ECCAS (Economic Community of Central African States).
